Top Six Reasons to like Xevera

I went to Xevera just last week just to know what makes my colleagues excited of their purchase of the Xevera houses and I was quite impressed with the ongoing infrastructures in the village. A lot of business establishments are scheduled to open soon... the fascinating fountains, my first time to see such in a subdivision... the pool was huge, I imagined myself and my family enjoying the benefit of such facility... the Wet and Dry market is about to open too... Montessori de Xevera enrollment is now going on, isn't it exciting! There is a Church and a Municipal Hall too.. All these surprised me much, I really was overwhelmed. I told my husband if only we don't have our currently paid home to Pag-Ibig, I won't have second thoughts of reserving one in this place. My sis-in-law plans to reserve nxt week even she just saw the pictures:)

Here are my top Six Reasons to like XEVERA Real Estate.
1. Great Amenities. Uniquely designed, Spanish inspired community. Attractive features of Xevera include a modern town hall, a church, market, transportation terminal, a club, and Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 20-classroom school jointly operated with ABS-CBN.
2. Affordability. Not only would you get amazed by its amenities and fabulous ambience. The price is so low that you'll get to own your own finished town house for just P5,700 per monthly! It is cheaper than renting an apartment or a detached dwelling in Angeles that costs P10,000 monthly.
3. Location. There is a 15min circumferential road from the village to Clark and it's only 10minutes drive away to Angles City proper. Clark - a place of everything, from hotels, restaurants, resorts, Airport, UP Diliman extention, SM and dutyfree shops, govn't agencies and more! There are prestigious universities around angles city too, churches, malls, business establishments, and more!
4. Developments around the place. With the ongoing development of the Tarlac-Clark-Subic Highway, you'll be less than 50minutes away to Subic.. Recently opened attractions are Boom na Boom Carnival and the prestigious Nayong Pilipino.
5. Security / Insurance. What is truly attractive about the townhouses on sale is that Mortgage Redemption Insurance covers Pag-ibig borrowers. This means that you are extinguished of the loan upon death.
6. Investment. Imagine how much your property would be after about 5 years. Real Estate properties appreciate up to 2.5% every year - depends on the ongoing developments around the areas. It can also serve as an extra income for you .. You may have it rent for the same amount you pay for amortization if you do not feel like occupying the house yet; thus will save you in the monthly payment for a while. Anyway, payment to PAG-IBIG won't increase till the loan is fully paid unlike rental payments.
